We do not handle these issues, Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble are still the companies you order from, they have merely been kind enough to provide a percentage of your purchase to charity. All problems should be directed towards their service departments.

Why yes you should! Our foundation is 100% not for profit. It is a student organization for students and by students at OSU. This tool can be used for any purchase made from Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble and is not limited to OSU students. You can spread the word by: Telling your friends! Telling your enemies! And... referring us on your listservs!
